 Some of university Give BTech in Distance mode All of those course are UGC and DEC approved but not by AICTE . In India by MHRD all technical course should be approved by AICTE . So there is no worth to doing Distance BTech accept some departmental promotion cases .

BUT in case of AMIE it is Run under IEIndia . The course of IEIndia divided in Section A and Section B which is recognized by MHRD and AICTE Aproved IEIndia (AMIE) as a Statutory Council in India .
